AmbiFlow Privacy Policy

AmbiFlow is designed to work primarily on your device. We do not operate a backend service for AmbiFlow and we do not collect, store, or sell your personal data on our servers.

Information We Access

AmbiFlow may request access to:

• Microphone: used only when you choose to record a custom sound inside the app.
• Notifications: used only if you create schedules or routines that trigger local reminders on your device.

You can deny or revoke these permissions at any time in iOS Settings.

Data Storage

The following information is stored locally on your device:

• Saved mixes and sessions
• Schedules and timer-chain routines
• Custom imported audio files
• Custom microphone recordings
• App appearance preferences, such as accent color
• Widget configuration and current playback state shared locally between the app and widget

This information is not transmitted to us.

In-App Purchases

AmbiFlow offers a premium unlock through Apple’s in-app purchase system. Purchase processing, billing, and transaction records are handled by Apple. We do not receive your full payment information.

Backups and File Imports/Exports

If you export a backup or import audio files, those files are handled locally through Apple’s file APIs and the locations you choose. We do not upload exported backups or imported files to our servers.

Third-Party Services

AmbiFlow relies on Apple frameworks such as StoreKit, WidgetKit, and UserNotifications to provide core functionality. AmbiFlow does not include its own analytics, advertising, or remote tracking service.

Children’s Privacy

AmbiFlow is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

If this privacy policy changes, the updated version will be posted at the public Privacy Policy URL for AmbiFlow.
